Upcoming M36 LIGNICOAT Project Meeting in Stavanger

The upcoming M36 LIGNICOAT project meeting will be held in Stavanger, Norway, from June 19 to 20, 2024. It will last two days and be hosted by NORCE, the Norwegian Research Centre.

On the first day, the Consortium will have a guided tour of the Norwegian Bioprocessing and Fermentation Centre in Risavika.

On June 20th, the consortium meeting will commence with a series of presentations by key partners. VITO and WESTLAKE will provide insights into Work Package (WP) 1 and WP2, focusing on Lignin intermediates and bioresins. Subsequent presentations by IRIS Coatings, BARPIMO, TECNALIA, and AEP Polymers will explore the progress made in WP4 regarding Biocoating formulations. Additionally, ARDITEC Association will share findings on LCA from WP5 on Sustainability assessment, followed by AXIA Innovation’s presentation on Dissemination and Exploitation strategies in WP6. The meeting will conclude with updates on project management by the project coordinator, TECNALIA.
