LIGNICOAT participates at the FEICA 2023

LIGNICOAT presented at the 2023 European Adhesive & Sealant Conference and EXPO organized by FEICA in Tarragona, Spain. The conference from September 13th to September 15th brought together key players from the adhesive and sealant industry to discuss the latest happenings and trends.

VITO’s Senior Scientist and Project Manager, Mr. Richard Vendamme, took the stage on Friday, September 15th, during Breakout X: Biobased Approaches for Adhesive.

The presentation, titled “Upgrading lignin toward adhesives and sealants applications,” explored the transformative potential of lignin in developing adhesives and sealants. Mr. Vendamme highlighted the advancements made within the LIGNICOAT project, shedding light on upgrading lignin for practical applications.

The LIGNICOAT project’s participation in this conference highlights its commitment to driving eco-friendly and renewable solutions.
